Mount Adams Pranayama Yoga Bolster – Cotton: Slim Bolster for Breathwork & Chest Opening

Slim, firm, and made for breathwork. The Mount Adams Pranayama Bolster is narrower and flatter than a standard bolster, so it fits neatly along your spine for supported chest-opening poses and pranayama practice. It also works well under the knees, behind the back in seated poses, or wherever you want a little lift.

Key Features

  • Slim profile: At 6in wide and 3in high, it supports your spine without lifting you too high.
  • Firm, steady support: Holds its shape under you through long holds and restorative poses.
  • Adjustable firmness: Remove or add batting to get the exact feel you want.
  • Zippered, washable cover: The durable cotton cover unzips for easy washing.
  • Handles on both ends: Easy to carry, reposition, and store.
  • Lightweight: Just 2 lbs, so it's easy to bring to class.

Specifications

  • Dimensions: 25in L x 6in W x 3in H
  • Weight: Approx. 2 lbs
