Users should note that not all exercise programs are suitable for everyone and that taking part in any or all of the products and/or services offered by WholesaleYogaMats.com can result in injury if not performed properly.
WholesaleYogaMats.com makes no medical claims in regards to products and/or services offered. As with any exercise program, you should consult your personal physician before starting. Only those deemed medically able by their personal physicians should participate in exercise and thus use the products and/or services offered by wholesaleYogaMats.com.
If at any time during your use of any of WholesaleYogaMats.com and/or services you feel pain you are urged to stop immediately. Should pain persist you should seek immediate medical attention. To lessen the chances of potential injury, never willingly force or strain your body during any of the exercises you perform.
If you are a woman who is pregnant, consult with your personal physician before using any of the WholesaleYogaMats.com products and/or services. WholesaleYogaMats.com products and/or services are not intended for children or personas under the age of 10 without adult supervision. None of our products are toys and should not be used by children under 5 years old. Always under adult supervision.
User is responsible for keeping any and all equipment purchased clean and functional. Do not continue using equipment should any piece become slippery as this will increase your risk of injury.
WholesaleYogaMats.com and all its employees hereby make this waiver of disclaimer against any liabilities incurred due to the use of any of the products and/or services sold. By purchasing any of the products and/or services sold herein you agree to these terms and acknowledge that such use is done at your own risk.
Shipping Information:
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST M-F are normally shipped the same day.
You can calculate shipping costs before completing your order by adding the items to the cart, adding your zip code in the shipping calculator box (located just below the shopping cart), and selecting apply. We currently do not ship internationally.
We only charge sales tax for orders placed from Illinois, New Jersey, North Carolina and Minnesota, If you are a tax exempt Organization, just e-mail us and we will help you order tax exempt.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Defective / Damaged In Transit – In the unlikely event you receive a defective or damaged item or are dissatisfied with a product after opening the product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item. We will provide a prepaid return authorization tag and replace the item at no charge.
Non-opened items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund of the purchase price, subject to the following:
The item must be in the original manufacturers packaging. - We do not reimburse shipping charges. - Please include your order/invoice number on the outside of the package.

Credits will be issued to the same credit card account. If you used a check or money order to make your payment, your refund will be mailed within 14 days by company check.

We are not responsible for pricing mistakes and reserve the right to cancel orders and refund your money.
We offer wholesale pricing on most items starting with a low minimum order of 6 pieces. You can mix colors and still get the volume discounts. Wholesale pricing is listed on the product pages and the shopping cart automatically calculates the wholesale price.
