This affordable mat features a firm surface with the right amount of traction for a beginner yogi.  The non-slip surface provides safety and comfort, enabling beginners to maintain footing and stability.  You can feel comfortable knowing these mats are free from phthalates, latex, and heavy metals.

    The mat is fine. Does the job. Good size. Would've been 5 stars but the delivery time was just pooooooor. If i knew it was around 3+ weeks when the initial time hinted around a few days to less than a week
