Unused and unopened items can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery of the order.
Please contact us prior to your return to request a return authorization.
If the items shipped were an error on our part, or are defective, we will provide you with a free return shipping label.
If you have just changed your mind or decided that the item is not what you wanted you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
You do have two return options:
1) You can ship the item back using your own provider at your own cost. Just be sure to include your order number, name and address in the box or on the label so we can properly credit your account. Our return address is 4824 Starcrest Drive, Monroe, NC 28110.
2) We can e-mail you a FedEx return label for your use. We will let you know the cost of the return and that amount will be deducted from your refunded amount. Apply this label to your package ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered up. Drop off at your nearest FedEX location.
