Our Sunshine Yoga® Deluxe Rectangle Yoga Bolster measures 24"L x 6"H x 12"W and weighs 9 lbs. It is firm and offers excellent support. It is made of 100% cotton and has a removable cover that is easy to wash.  It's a given when you do yoga that you need to have a yoga mat, but yoga bolsters will become a favorite prop once you have experienced how they benefit your workout. Also known as yoga cushions, bolsters provide much needed support during restorative yoga poses, meditation or prenatal yoga.

    I ordered 4 of these for a restorative yoga class I'm teaching and checked the measurements against a relatively lightweight bolster I use at home. The measurements were the same, however these are SUPER overstuffed making them completely unpliable and just very bulky. I should have taken heed by the 9-pound weight listed in the description. If you need very firm, bulky and slightly cumbersome bolsters, these work but if you need something a little more manageable I would look for something else..

    Finally got myself a nice standard yoga bolster for home- just like the kind in yoga studios. Perfectly basic and standard, which is exactly what I wanted. Yay!

    The bolsters are a good price for the value provided. The size, shape, and weight are all comparable to what you would expect from other studio bolsters. I like the terra cotta brown color I ordered, although the dye seemed to have a strong odor when I first un-packaged them. This company offers incredibly fast shipping though (received in New York in 2-3 days).

    I was really surprised when I opened the box...The display on the page showed the standard blue bolster...I requested silver blue...These indeed where silver blue...they, also, had golden flower design...just went to yoga conference and found none compared to these bolsters...The firmness of the bolsters are similar to the other bolsters
